Continue on Frances Slocum Trail, cross U.S. 124 to Sites 12. & 13. Turn around and you will return to
U.S. 124.

12.  GABRIEL GODFROY HOME - This land was first deeded to Chief Francis Godfroy as part of a treaty agreement.  It later passed to his son Gabriel who built the existing house.  This land was sold in 1892 to Ben Wallace as the new circus winterquarters.
